• You are agreeing to indemnify and hold LuvHerbs harmless from any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, penalties, fines, costs and/or expenses arising from, or relating, to any injury, illness, or harm caused by the use of our products.
• International customers agree that your purchase/package does not come with insurance and tracking (beyond the Netherlands) and NO refunds will be issued due to damage, customs seizure, non-delivery, or loss.

Cancelations or Changes
Due to the small window we have with our shipping fulfillment company, we can not Cancel or Edit your order. No cancelation or changes to your shipping address or order details once your order is made.
Exchanges or Returns
No exchanges or returns due to the consumable nature of the products. We do not accept returns and/or exchanges based on product effectiveness, taste, feel, appearance, effects, reactions, or the like.
Review invitation
You will receive an invitation from CusRev (an independent third-party organization) to review your order. Once the review is published, you will receive a nice disc0unt coupon to use for your next purchase.
Lost or Stolen
Due to the immense delays all postal services are having globally, LOST packages need to show no activity from the date it was shipped via the tracking number for 20 Days (Domestic) 30 Days (International) before we can make a claim to the postal service. The claim covers the value of your order up to $100, not the shipping or reshipping fee. Once the claim is approved by carrier, we will provide you with a store credit coupon for you as the customer to reorder using your store credit.
Stolen packages are not considered LOST if the tracking number shows that it was DELIVERED. We are not responsible for STOLEN packages and you as the customer are responsible for filing a claim for a refund through the postal service.
