Our Return Policy: 14-Day Return for Store Credit

You can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided the package has not been opened. Instead of a refund, we offer store credit for the value of your returned order, minus the actual shipping cost. This applies even if you received free shipping as part of a promotional offer.

To receive store credit, ensure that the tracking number indicates a successful ‘returned to sender’ delivery to our shipping fulfillment warehouse, or that a claim has been approved by the postal service.

Please note, we are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses or postal errors. In such cases, you, as the customer, are responsible for reordering using the store credit issued to your account.”
